On Saturday, 2nd March, ALL Scouts are to report in Full Uniform with Red National Scarf,
However, only PLC are supposed to be in Blue Unit Scarf including APLs (Please ensure that all PLC have blue scarfs, if you dont, you are suppose to borrow from those who have. Please ensure that you bring along your red scarfs .)
