Attire: PE shirt, PE shorts!
Things to bring: Water bottle and manual
*Those who sign up for SANA course , please do not absent yourself this meeting as i need collect information for the course. And for those who have not paid yet, please submit the money to me lastest by wednesday! It is compulsary for everyone to attend this course! I do not want to go around chasing people for money and information. *
