This is for those who have yet to submit their Job Week forms and money($12). Even if you are not attending the camp, you are still required to hand in the signed form and return to me latest by Wednesday (9/3).
If the forms and money are not handed in, you will not get any food during the camp. If you have any enquiries, feel free to contact me.
