Submit 2nd page duly signed by your parents into the MAILBOX fixed outside the ONEIDA OFFICE at the DnT block second floor opposite the netball CCA room by Wednesday 24th March.
All PLs ensure your members have no problem printing the forms.
SPLs ensure all members are independent in reading this blog and actively printing out the necessary documents.
