Consent Form for OTC

Hi all;

There have been some scouts coming to see me to get your consent form for OTC.

Please download the image below instead from home and get it signed by your parents. Submit the replies to to Oneida Office Letter box by this friday 4th June.

The training camp is compulsory for all to attend as it is a projection of your standards with respect to the school policies on CCA development of each student.

We will do home visit to those who did not attend and have not informed the leaders accordingly.

Dear Scouts,

For those who have passed your Advance Scout Standard, Please be informed that the First Class Exploration Test 03/10 information will be:

Submission of Prelim Report: 8th June 2010
Release of Prelim Report Results: 12 June 2010
Exploration Test: 24 - 25 June 2010 (Thursday to Friday)

Please submit your Prelim Report to your respective Venture ICs.

(If you are told to submit earlier by your Venture IC, kindly do so...)
