For those who have already submitted your names for the previous courses (Civil Defence, SANA, SYF etc) you are required to re-register again.

There is a National Crime Prevention Course organised by the National Crime Prevention Council.

This course is open up to all scouts who are interested. Should you be interested to get your crime prevention badge, please give your names to your respective PLs.

please take note that the annual Oneida Training Camp (OTC) will be held on 14th to 17th June. It is a COMPULSORY camp. First Class Hike (BSU)

Dear Sec 3s,

please take note the First Class Hike will be conducted on 16th to 17th of June. The objective of this hike is to assess your ability to describe and sketch a checkpoint.

Submission of the prelim report will be on 1st May 2010. You do not have to replan the hike route but please ensure that the prelim report submitted for the previous hike MUST be an improved version.

This hike is made OPTIONAL but please do not miss this opportunity.

BSU:Everyone that is taking scout standard and advanced scout standard is to report at the scout den at 1430.Muslim boys report latest by 1500.The attire to report is anything relating to scouts or school.

Those who really would like to achieve their standards (SS, AS), the very first thing that you all have to do is to register at the oneida scout forum.

From now onwards till June,I would not give out any lecture notes or lecture, you guys have to read the notes on the forum and I would just set a date for test.

Remember, only read up the scout forum after you guys have done your homework and revision, do not let your parents scold or complain about you, be a good boy at home.

Next Friday 16/4 is our school's annueidaal speech day hence there is no scout meeting but for those percussionist who are performing, you are expected to report in full-u, time to be confirmed.

All of you are expected to wear your full scout uniform this coming Wed 14/4 and make sure all of your uniform is in tip-top condition as there would be a uniform inspection by individuals venture I/Cs. Bring along your dark blue unit tee and pe shorts.

Oneida Group Forum

Dear Brothers and Sister Scouts,

I'm pleased to inform you that in order to go GREEN (SAVE ENVIRONMENT!), we have set up a forum for all members of the Oneida Scout Group to access.

In this forum, you will be able to access all lecture notes ranging from Cub Scouts to Rovers. Also, we have shifted our Group History and Past Senior Patrol Leader History to the forum. There are more new stuffs added there too!

How to sign up? Simple! Visit the forum @ http://www.oneidascout.com and read up the instructions under 'Register'.

You are also encourage to post up any ideas for your own patrol or to suggest anything!

However, please take note that the function of the forum WILL NOT replace this blog. This will still serve it's function of disseminating immediate information out. SO CHECK THIS BLOG REGULARLY TOO!
